With professional development requirements in place, adult education program administrators must now pay special attention to collecting and monitoring professional development for their staff. Professional development should not be a burden, but a way to enhance the knowledge and skills of program staff. Below is a list of resources and tools available that may assist program administrators with the task of meeting requirements and leading the charge of professional development planning within their programs.
